1) Iran Power Generation Transmission Distribution Management Co. (Tavanir) intends to execute the comprehensive project of energy interchange for measuring the electrical energy in power trading markets based on the following procedures therefore the companies with the capability to perform the project are invited.

2) Electrical energy measuring instruments to be installed in power stations and substations with approximate number of 3000 instruments.

3) Data concentrator system from the electrical energy measuring instruments to be installed in power stations and substations with approximate number of 1500 instruments.

4) Hardware required for data acquisition centers for electrical energy measuring instruments via above mentioned systems and transmission of this data to the national center of energy interchange with approximate number of 30 centers.

5) Hardware required for national electrical energy interchange data acquisition center from local interchange centers, considering a redundancy center.

Short explanation:

1) Bidders should offer the comprehensive project with the software required for the local and national energy interchange centers, for transmission, receipt and data processing under the standard protocols.

2) Indigenous bidders are supposed to present the required documents, indicating the formal relation with the foreign companies which supply the major equipment together with the record of performing the same projects in the past.

3) Foreigner bidders who have the record of performing the similar projects are suggested to offer bid joint with the local companies.

4) Bidders who are confirmed will be entitled in the list of the companies under the confirmation of ministry of energy for the implementation of energy measurement projects in energy market.
